Invoicing of Charges.
Unity living ensures an easy and user friendly mechanism to invoice charges either is related to recurring bills ( Eg: Maintenance Charge) or Non Recurring Bill items ( Eg: Amenities usage, usage of metered units etc). It is also possible to generate recurring bills automatically in every billing period.
Easy Receipt Entry.
Entering the receipts for payment from owners is an easier task and can be handled by a non technical person also. We have option for itemized/ partial settlement of dues.
